Founder and head chef of Juicy Catering, Sharone Yaron brings her unique style and a wealth of experience to every dish she creates. A graduate of Peter Kump’s New York Cooking School (currently known as the Institute for Culinary Education), Sharone was also awarded her MA in food studies from New York University.

Sharone founded Juicy Catering in 2001, and has nearly a decade of experience working in the food service industry. She skillfully prepares foods that meet a broad range of special nutritional and dietary needs in a way that is satisfying, beautiful and delicious. As a member of Slow Food, Sharone integrates the philosophy of “good, clean and fair food” into every meal.
